A flood warning has been issued for the South Ayrshire coastline on Wednesday.
A Met Office yellow weather warning for wind is in place across the region from 9am until 5pm on Wednesday, with warnings of disruption.
SEPA says that a combination of high tides and prevailing weather conditions means that flooding from the sea is expected to affect low-lying land, roads and properties along the coastline from Ayr to Troon.
The organisation said: "Gale force westerly winds also mean that a combination of wave overtopping, spray and debris may impact low-lying land, roads and properties along the coastline from Ayr to Troon.

"Flooding impacts are expected around the time of Wednesday afternoon's high tide at 2pm.
"Remain vigilant and remember, it is your responsibility to take actions which help protect yourself and your property."
