AN open wedding was held for two four-legged friends in Ayr.
On Sunday, August 6, Gillian Dickie and Pooja Bhardwaj arranged a wedding for their canine friends, Chewie and Brownie who go on regular walks together at Glencairn Park.
Before the idea came to light, Gillian explained that on their walks throughout the school summer holidays, children would note ‘how cute’ the pair were together and suggested that they got married.
Before the big day - the pair had a mini ‘hen do’ and ‘stag do’.
Dressed to impress, Chewie and Brownie we ready for the occasion, with a mini tuxedo and a white wedding gown.
And of course, the Mother of the Bride and the Mother of the Groom were dressed up for the special day.
Congratulations Chewie and Brownie!
