Man faces ‘three times limit’ charge
A MAN was found to be allegedly three times over the drink driving limit.
It is claimed that the 30-year-old was arrested for driving whilst under the influence of alcohol and charged with having invalid MOT, on Saturday, August 12 at around 1am on John Street in Ayr.
The Ayr Advertiser understands that he was arrested and released sober to appear in court at a later date.
