I give notice that Grissan Carrick Ltd. is applying to South Ayrshire Council for hazardous substance consent to permit storage of 133 tonnes of liquefied petroleum gas and 36.18 tonnes of biogas in respect of Grissan Carrick Ltd., Girvan Distillery, Grangestone Industrial Estate, Ladywell Avenue, Girvan, KA26 9PT.
A copy of the application may be inspected at the Site office for Grissan Carrick, Ladywell Avenue, Girvan KA26 9PT during all reasonable hours until 1st November 2016.
Representations may be made about this application by submitting them online, by writing to the Planning Service, Burns House, Burns Statue Squar, Ayr, KA7 1UT, or by emailing planning.development@south-ayrshire.gov.uk by no later than 1st November 2016.
