Police arrest woman for alleged drink driving after failed breath test
A WOMAN has been arrested and charged for alleged drink driving at Garden Street, Ayr.
Officers stopped the driver over a black Toyota Yaris at 10pm on Sunday, October 13.
The driver appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.
A roadside breath test was carried out which the driver failed and she was conveyed to Ayr police station where she was later released on an undertaking to appear at Ayr Sheriff Court on Tuesday, October 15.
