More than £1,300 was raised for two charities in memory of a gran who died from cancer.
Betty McNamee, 81, had never been on a plane, but family and friends arranged a 20-minute flight a week just a week before she died.
And Son Andy organised a games day and fundraising night with players competing for the Betty McNamee memorial trophy, with RBL team members Sammy Lynn, Stephen Lynn, Brian Fox and Robert Mills winning the prize on the night.
Andy McNamee said: “It was a really good night, the final total was £1,361 with £841 going to Cancer Research and and £520 for Macmillan. I would like to thank everyone.”
