PUPILS, parents and friends were singing in the aisles when St Patrick’s Primary School hosted a family movie night, writes Stewart McConnell.
They had an opportunity to belt out hits from the Great Showman, including This Is Me, A Million Dreams and the Great Show.
More than 100 people attended, with pizza and popcorn flowing.
Organisers were delighted to see so many coming out and enjoying the night and hearing all the kids (and the adults) sing their hearts out made their night. The school’s very own Hugh Jackman (Debbie O’Donnell) and Bearded Lady (Bernadette Young) added to the night. The event was organised by the St Patrick’s Fundraising Group and raised £380 for school funds.
