A national skills body is moving out of Irvine town centre.
Skills Development Scotland will be leaving the Rivergate Shopping Mall at the end of April with their preferred new location the Fullarton Hub.
The organisation say none of the 24 staff members’ jobs will be affected.
A spokesperson said: “With our lease at the Rivergate Shopping Centre set to expire in May, we have reviewed a range of potential delivery sites in Irvine.
“Our preferred site is Fullarton Community Centre – an established employability hub within the town.
“This site will make SDS services more accessible to our customers, with joined-up support from a range of employability organisations based there.
“We are confident this will help us secure better outcomes for the people of Irvine.”
