Friends of tragic dad-of-three Owen Hassan who died after being attacked last year have set up a memory page for him.

Kayleigh Blunt decided to create a Facebook page dedicated to sharing memories and photos of the young dad so that they could all be shared with the family.

Owen's heartbroken mother performed CPR with help from 999 operators on her own son after he stumbled into her pub the Old Stag Inn following the brutal attack in Greenview Street, Pollokshaws on November 7 at around 10.20pm.

Now, ahead of the Celtic fan's funeral which is set to take place next Friday, his friends are inviting anyone who knew him to add images and stories to the page.

Kayleigh said: "I’ve created a page for Owen Hassan this is it if ppl could add it and if you have photos or memory’s anything atall for the family that would be great trying to get as much photos as we can."

She later added: "We would like to invite you to join us to lay our beautiful Owen Hassan to rest he deserves the biggest send off anyone could ask for.
