THE Christmas fayre at St John's Primary School in Ayr was one of the most successful yet.
People from across the community headed to the school for the event, which was held on Friday, December 7 and was organised by the Parent Council.
Popular attractions included a bottle stall, jewellery, tea and coffee and cakes. There were also craft stalls organised by different community groups.
Almost £2,000 was raised from the event. Money will be used to support the school and also the trip to the Aladdin pantomime at the Gaiety Theatre.
