The bench is vibrant, reflecting Nicky's remarkable personality, and bears the pattern of a piano.
Crowdfunded through PledgeMusic, £6,500 was raised from 67 pledges with £2,000 donated to the Royal Academy of Music, where Nicky won a scholarship.
The September 8 unveiling ceremony was attended by Moira Hopkins, Nicky's widow, who flew all the way from Nashville to be there.
The Mayor of Ealing, Cllr Tejinder Singh Dhami, was also present as was Perivale councillor Cllr Tariq Mahmood.
