THE 37th Carrick Lowland Gathering takes place this weekend.
The Carrick Lowland Gathering will open at 12:45pm on Sunday, June 3 at Victory Park. Entry is free.
This year’s games chieftain is Patrick Dromgoole who will officially open the games and was selected by the Girvan Attractions committee.
The crowning of the Civic Queen and King and their attendants will take place in the afternoon.
There will be a wide selection of local organisation and charity stalls for those who use the event to raise funds and increase the profile of their organisation within the community.
There are also funfair rides and a selection of catering facilities which all add up to an entertaining and fun filled day out for people of all ages to enjoy.
