MAYBOLE 1
CRAIGMARK BURNTONIANS 4
FORM team Craigmark chalked up their ninth win out of 13 against a Maybole side who now look totally out of the running for promotion.
Maybole went up in 20 minutes when a corner-kick from Aiden Connor was forced over the line by Alex Bell.
Then just before half time Murray Johnston equalised from the edge of the box.
Just after the restart Declan Donnelly scored from a rebound. Then good link-up play from Scott Dempster and Johnston down the left allowed Dempster to cross a ball into the box where the fast approaching Ally Boyle shot low into the net. The fourth goal saw a defence-splitting pass release Scott Dempster to run clear and place the ball past the advancing Maybole goalkeeper.
Home player Callum McDade was ordered off early in the second half for a second yellow card.
CRAIGMARK BURNTONIANS: Wilson; Lamont, Whittaker, Copeland, Gaw, McKay, Boyle, Dyer, Dempster, Johnston, Dunlop, Subs: McClymont, McKay, Hall, Barr, Murphy.
