AN Ayr shopkeeper this week spoke of her terror when she was threatened by an armed robber on Saturday.
Police are appealing for information after an unknown man attempted to rob Northfield Stores in Northfield Road, Ayr, armed with a 6 inch knife on Saturday evening, January 14.
Elizabeth Murphy said: "At about 5.55pm on Saturday this junkie came in all dressed in black with a ski mask over his face, I thought it was a joke."
