Fight to save two businesses heats up

A LOCAL MSP is working to try and prevent job losses at two Carrick companies this week.

Adam Ingram, MSP for Carrick, Cumnock and Doon Valley, questioned First Minister Alex Salmond last week about what action the Scottish Government was taking to rpevent job losses at both Solway Precast in Barrhill and Nestle in Girvan with a total of 80 jobs are under threat between the two comapnies.
