The first Whitletts Victoria Summer Soccer school is fast approaching, starting on August 7, and the club are thrilled to be teaming up with McDonald’s who will be supporting the week long activity.
McDonald’s is helping kick the week off with donations of water and fruit for all participants for which organisers are very grateful.
Head of Youth, and in charge of the week, John Kelly said: “It’s fantastic to have McDonald’s support and we are very grateful.
“This is our first attempt to run such an activity and is part of a long term commitment to the community. We look forward to developing the relationship in the months and years ahead.”
Louise Roe, People Manager for McDonald’s, added: “This is a great thing for local children to look forward to during the summer holidays and we are delighted to support Whitletts Victoria in this venture.”
Entry is free to all local children aged 5-11 for the summer schools at the John Pollock Centre from 10am-1pm each day.
