AYRSHIRE'S West FM local programmes are moving to Glasgow to share studio space with their sister station, Radio Clyde.
The local radio station will be taking on a new networked mid-morning show from Clyde 1 with radio host, Greigsy, from 10am until 2pm.
This means that only breakfast and afternoons shows will be exclusive to West FM listeners. However, the news operation and local sales team will stay in Ayr.
Speaking to Radio Today, Bauer Media Group, said: “The Radio Clyde studios in Glasgow have seen significant investment and are equipped with the latest technology and studios.
"As a result of this change the team at West FM will also be able to take advantage of these facilities."
