PEOPLE lined the streets of Girvan on Sunday to watch Gumball 3000 continue their journey from Cairnryan to Bucharest.
Since 1999 Gumball 3000, which is an entertainment group established by Maximillan Coopers, has taken place in a bid to create a lifestyle that combines automobiles, art and popular culture.
Over the following decade the event has evolved into a popular brand and global entertainment company attracting licensing collaborations and official partnerships.
These tours have evolved into a week long festival of live music concerts, action sports and car shows hosted in capital cities. This year it will complete a journey from Dublin to Bucharest.
On Sunday, May 1 Gumball 3000 drove through Girvan as they made their way to Edinburgh. Locals waited in anticipation to watch them pass through the town.
But luckily for them locate Gumball 3000 came to the rescue.
