'We want Prestwick Steeple back' call

THE steeple at Prestwick's Freeman's Hall WILL be replaced it was revealed this week, within a year.

After being removed in February 2011 amidst safety concerns, at the start of 2012 the council launched a public consultation to ask the people of Prestwick if they wanted the steeple replaced. On Wednesday, June 27, the answer was revealed - yes they do.
