GIRVAN Armed Forces Day will go ahead next month.
On Saturday, June 23 the community will be invited to Stumpy Tower to pay tribute to the service of men and women in the British Armed Forces.
The flag raising ceremony will begin at 1pm to show support for those in the Armed Forces, past, present and future.
This is the third year of the event which has been well supported by veterans groups and members of the community.
