AYR Rotary Club presented £200 to Ayr’s Unity Grill.
Ron Ireland and Craig Alexander presented the cheque to Angela McNay for Unity Grill use the money for a baby changing facility in the social restaurant.
On Thursday, October 12, the funds were gifted from the Rotary’s Treasure Chest.
Ron Ireland, Convenor at Ayr Rotary Club, said: “Angela is such a highly motivated woman with great ideas. Each month we give away £200 from the Rotary’s Treasure Chest and this month we gave it to Unity Grill.”
Angela McNay, added: “We are really grateful for the support that we have been given and the money will go directly to the baby change facility in the restaurant.
“We have actually spent the money already – we have bought a baby changing table, a couple of high chairs and decorations.
“We are going to give the facilities a gender-neutral mountain theme with a Dr Seuss quote on the wall.”
