A B&B in Girvan could be converted into a private house.
The owner of 20 Louisa Drive has submitted an application to South Ayrshire Council for permission, to develop the guesthouse into a home, last month.
The proposals have been received and validated by the council who have yet to make a decision. This is not the first redevelopment plan for the building.
In May 1999 part of the building, which was then used as a hotel and hostel, was turned into a house. In September 2011 the garage was altered.
Residents have been made aware of the proposal but there do not appear to be any objections at this stage.
It is not yet clear whether the applicant will come before a planning committee or if planning permission will be granted automatically.
