ALBUM-oriented rock band Slutcake are returning to Prestwick for the Bank Holiday weekend.

The Ayrshire band will take you on a musical nostalgia trip to the wonder years of the 70s & 80s at Prestwick Cricket Club on Saturday, May 27 with a delve into spandex & hairspray years of AOR & Classic Rock. Songs you can expect to hear are from the likes of Marillion, Nightranger, David Lee Roth, Magnum, Boston, Foreigner, Genesis, Styx, Survivor and loads more.

Tickets will cost £5 and doors open at 7.30pm.

On the Bank Holiday Sunday afternoon at the Oval club, there will be a May Bank Holiday barbecue from 1pm until the food runs out.

Then from 6pm there will be live music from cracking live band Arizona who will play two great sets of rock, blues, soul and some cracking classics old and new thrown in. There will be something for everyone.

On barbecue duties this year is the master butcher Lawrence Hood 'aka Hoody’.

Expect many dishes of mouth watering food. All ages are welcome, with ticket prices to be confirmed.
